Back in January of 2009 we all met for the first time in Milan, as we all started our masters programs at Domus Academy. Three of us in Fashion Design and one in Accessories Design. Over this year, the four of us bonded during endless hours of sketching, sewing, and sitting in front of our computers working together… and let’s be honest, there was a significant amount of get-togethers where the main focus was eating and laughing. We come from three different countries with three very different cultures, yet we found balance within our friendships.

This past December we graduated from Domus Academy and were ready to work and to throw ourselves at the mercy of the fashion industry. With all of us looking for internship and job opportunities we thought this was the perfect time to work on a collaboration together, when else would we have this moment where we are all available to work together.

So with this opportunity in our hands, the idea of Not That Young was born…
